هذا البحث ، تطبيقات على قاعدة: (لا تصح دعوى النسخ في آية من کتاب الله، إلا إذا صح التصريح بنسخها، أو انتفى حکمها من کل وجه). وقد حاولت جهدي أن أرتِّب موضوعات هذا البحث، وأجمع کلام العلماء، وتطبيقاتهم على هذه القاعدة، وقد جعلت کتاب الدکتور: حسين الحربي دليلي ومرجعي الأول لهذه القاعدة. وقمت بتقسيم هذا البحث بعد المقدمة إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: نص القاعدة. المبحث الثاني: ذکر بعض الأمثلة التطبيقية للقاعدة.  المبحث الثالث: تقرير القاعدة ومقترحات حولها.
وقد اقترحت اختصار هذه القاعدة إلى  "لا يثبت النسخ في آية إلا بدليل قاطع، أو إذا تعارض حکمها مع آية أخرى، وتعذر الجمع".
ومن خلال دراستي لهذه القاعدة ، تبين لي أمور کثيرة، منها: أن النسخ کمصطلح لم يستعمله المتقدمون على المعنى الذي رسخ في أذهان المتأخرين؛ بل استعملوه بمعنى يشمل التخصيص والتقييد والبيان والتفصيل وغيره.
کما أنه يجب التأني في حمل کلام السلف عن النسخ وفقا للمصطلح  المعروف للنسخ عندنا.
 Research Summary:
  This research applies to a rule: (The claim of Naskh  is not valid in a verse of the Qur’an, unless the permission to Naskh it, or its rule is neglected in every way). I have tried my best to arrange the topics of this research, and collect the opinions of scholars, and their applications on this rule, and I have made the book: Dr. Hussein Al-Harbi my guide and my first reference to this rule. And I divided this research after the introduction into three sections: The first topic: the text of the rule. The second topic: mention some of the applied examples of the rule. The third topic: Al-Qaeda's report and proposals on it.
I suggested shortening this rule to "the Naskh of a verse is only proven by conclusive evidence, or if its ruling conflicts with another verse, and conciliation is impossible."
Through my study of this rule, many things became clear to me, including: that transcription as a term was not used by applicants on the meaning that was established in the minds of the late;
Also, it is necessary to be careful in directing the words of the predecessors about copying according to the well-known term for copying here.
