تفسير السيواسي لقوله تعالى (فلا وربک لا يؤمنون حتى يحکموک فيما شجر بينهم)، دراسة وتحقيق

من طرق التأليف في التفسير، إفراد تفسير آية بالبحث، وغالبا ترمي الدراسة إلى دفع إشکال، أو الدفاع عن صحابي، کما في هذه الرسالة، التي کتبها العلامة عبدالمجيد بن محرم السيواسي، تفسيرا لقوله تعالى: ﴿فَلَا وَرَبِّکَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَکِّمُوکَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا﴾ [النساء: 65].
فکان الهدف من هذه الرسالة من الإمام السيواسي بيان سبب نزول قوله تعالى من سورة النساء، والدفاع عن الصحابي الأنصاري، ودرء شبهة النفاق عنه، تدور حول قاعدة من القواعد العظام، وهي وجوب طاعة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والحذر من مخالفته، والدفاع عن صحابته، وقد قمت بدراسة هذ المخطوط، تحقيقا، وتعليقا، وتوثيقا ، وتکلمت عن المؤلف، وفق القواعد المتبعة في التحقيق، ومما خلصت له من نتائج: مدى حرص المؤلف على تبرئة مقام الصحابة، ومما يؤخذ عليه إيراده لحديث ضعيف، وعدم التزامه أحيانا بنص الحديث. والرسالة رکزت على قضية سبب النزول دون العناية بتفسير الآية وإبراز هداياتها.

Among the methods of authorship in interpretation is singling out an interpretation of a verse by research, and the study often aims to push a problem, or defend a companion, as in this letter, written by the scholar Abd al-Majid bin Muharram al-Sewasi, an explanation of the Almighty’s saying
(65) But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.
The aim of this message from Imam Sisawi was to explain why the Almighty saying came down from Surat An-Nisa, defending the companion of Ansari, and stave off suspicion of hypocrisy about him, revolving around a rule of great rules, which is the obligation to obey the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and beware of violating it, and defending his companions I have studied this manuscript as an investigation, comment, and documentation, and I have spoken about the author, according to the rules followed in the investigation, and the results I have reached for him: The extent of the author's keenness to absolve the position of the Companions, and what he notes is his mention of a weak hadith, and his lack of commitment at times to the text of the hadith. The message focused on the issue of the reason for descending without taking care of interpreting the verse and highlighting its rhetoric.
